Accentuate Staffing is assisting a rapidly growing pharmaceutical manufacturer who is looking for Set Up Process Technicians to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity. Day and Night shift available.
Responsibilities:
- Set Up Technician will prepare equipment at the start of each batch in accordance with all SOPs
- Technician will assemble, disassemble, maintain, and sanitize the production operating equipment
- Technician will monitor equipment during each batch operation
- Technician will run autoclave to sterilize product prior to packaging
- Technician will complete all regulatory documentation
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 2+ years experience as a Production Set up Technician or Mechanic in a pharmaceutical or similar environment
- Candidates must have prior experience setting up machinery and changing over machinery
- Candidates must have technical knowledge operating automated equipment
- Candidates must have a mechanical aptitude and basic knowledge of troubleshooting equipment
- HS Diploma or GED required; 2 year technical degree or above preferred
