Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing civil engineering company in the RTP area who is hiring a Service Support Specialist to join their team. This is a contract to hire opportunity working on 1st shift 8am-5pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Support field service technicians by assisting with job-related information and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
  • Manage and track customer support tickets, coordinating responses and resolutions.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt, professional, and accurate communication.
  • Prepare and send service quotes for parts, labor, and technician services.
  • Maintain and update field service schedules to ensure efficient coordination of service activities.
  • Process service orders, documentation, and updates in the company’s internal system.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative or customer service experience, ideally in a technical, manufacturing, or service-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM/ERP software is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
