Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading medical equipment manufacturer who is looking for a Service Manager to lead their Repair Center. This is an onsite, direct hire opportunity managing in house Service Technicians.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Service Manager will manage all day to day activities for the inhouse service team
  • Manager will lead team to provide technical support and drive continuous improvement efforts across the departments
  • Manager will serve as the main point of contact for customer returns and repairs
  • Manager will develop and maintain a high level of system and product knowledge
  • Manager will maintain and develop relationships with customer accounts
  • Manager will schedule and monitor new equipment and demo changes
  • Manager will be responsible for the development of technical skills of Repair Technicians

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have2+ years experience in a leadership role
  • BS degree in life sciences, computer science, or engineering is preferred
  • Experience in a FDA regulated environment is preferred
  • Mechanical or robotics technology a plus
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP system is required
  • Candidates must show proof of vaccination
