Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing manufacturer of machined parts who is looking for a Service Engineer to join their Raleigh team. This is a direct hire position requiring 25%-50% travel.
Responsibilities:
- Service Engineer will coordinate, schedule, and manage Customer’s installations
- Service Engineer will provide technical support; troubleshoot mechanical issues over the phone and in person
- Service Engineer will provide ongoing communication with customers
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 3+ years Service Technician, Installation, Mechanical background
- Candidates must have experience working with software operating systems, ERP, and/or CRM systems
- Candidate must be able to travel 1-2 weeks out of the month and must have a valid drivers license
- Associates degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelors degree a plus
