Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a Senior Manager of Global Marketing and Communications for leading manufacturer in the Wendell/Knightdale area. This is a Direct Hire opportunity! This person will oversee strategic planning, development and coordination of marketing communications materials to promote the company and its products to further the company’s sales objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements MARCOM guidelines, plans and policies to effectively promote the company. Its products and meet sales goals.
- Sets forth plan to achieve global MARCOM objectives utilizing appropriate cost savings methods and careful media planning with an eye to advertising expenditures, etc.
- Approves budgets and capital expenditures as set by top organizational level.
- Selects appropriate subordinate MARCOM management group to ensure smooth coverage of MARCOM function
- Consults with other areas of management or business units, sales departments, and advertising agencies to leverage web marketing, trade show activity and direct marketing.
- Manages the preparation of web sites, sales aids, controls advertising and public relations projects, and recommends the media best suited to promote products or services.
- Interacts with vendors to produce promotional material.
- Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
- Supports policies & procedure to promote continuous improvements to the quality of the product.
Requirements:
- BS degree in related discipline. MBA a plus.
- 10 years’ experience in MARCOM with significant experience at top organizational level.
