Accentuate Staffing is hiring several Geotechnical Engineers for a variety of disciplines in the Geotechnical and Environmental Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have experience on any of the following projects: Vertical Construction, roadways, vibration studies, pavement analysis, dams and dikes, and/or levees, etc. We have entry level to senior positions available.
Responsibilities:
- Use engineering education, training, and experience in applying special knowledge or judgement of the mathematical, physical, or engineering services to the solution of geotechnical engineering problems
- Manage and work on small to large scale projects of varying sizes
- Analyze shallow foundations, deep foundations, and slope stability problems
- Prepare proposals, geotechnical reports, and invoices
- Perform and lead investigations in the field, engineering analysis, calculations, and recommendations
- Track and evaluate project progress, budgets, research and proposals
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geology, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
- At least 2 years of related field and/or research experience
- EIT Certification required; PE preferred
