Responsibilities:

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for roles throughout the organization including leadership and individual contributor and Sales teams
• Serve as a trusted talent advisor and consultant to hiring managers throughout the hiring process
• Evaluate external labor market conditions and trends to develop recruiting strategies
• Create job descriptions and interview questions that accurately reflect and qualify position requirements and expectations
• Develop and execute sourcing and recruit advertising strategies to deliver diverse, qualified candidates
• Prepare and deliver offers, ultimately securing top talent
• Consistently hit recruiting metric goals and support teammates in a collaborative manner
• Continuously improve the candidate experience and recruiting practices

Requirements:

• 6+ years in a Recruiting function with at least 2 years advising hiring managers in recruiting strategy and 1 year in candidate sourcing
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field
• Demonstrated performance serving as a subject matter expert in recruiting and/or talent acquisition
• Ability to collaborate, build relationships, and influence all levels of the organization, third party partners and potential candidates; able to build trust in others based on knowledge and expertise
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and time while keeping hiring teams on track in a fast-paced environment
