Accentuate Staffing is partnering with an innovative CRO who is hiring for a Senior Clinical Project Manager. This is a direct hire opportunity, offering competitive pay and benefits, with option to work remote or onsite. The ideal candidate has the previous experience in a Clinical Project Manager role and experience managing oncology projects.
Responsibilities:
- The Senior CPM will be responsible for the routine cross-functional operations of assigned studies for one or more clients.
- Managing a portfolio of functional projects, with minimal or no supervision.
- Acts as team leader, ensuring assigned studies are delivered successfully, on-time, within budget, according to the sponsor/CRO expectations and with the highest level of quality possible.
- Responsible for the overall coordination and management of clinical trials from start-up through close-out activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Life Sciences is preferred or certification in a related allied health profession from an accredited institution
- Seven years of previous experience in a CPM role within a CRO setting with a demonstrated progression of increased responsibility over time.
- Experienced managing oncology projects.

- Strong knowledge of the drug development process, FDA regulations, ICH GCP guidelines, and their application to clinical trials.
