Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst for a long-term contract in the Morrisville, NC/RTP area. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced and casual work environment for an industry leader for a highly-visible, highly-critical business transformation project touching nearly all aspects of the business
Responsibilities:
Work on part of a small team in a collaborative environment to define, gather and consolidate user stories
Wear multiple hats including Business Analyst, Product Owner, Project Manager and Agile evangelist
Groom backlog of user stories with other team members
Interface directly with software engineers, product owners and business users in a unique environment
Perform user acceptance testing to verify quality
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 7-10+ years’ experience as a Technical Business Analyst focused around SDLC Business Analysis
Experience in a manufacturing environment and ERP systems is highly preferred
Previous experience leading business requirement gathering sessions
Demonstrated expertise in an Agile environment is an absolute must
Strong communication skills
