Accentuate Staffing is assisting a large Pharmaceutical Company in RTP, NC that has an immediate need for a Senior Accountant on a Temp-Hire basis.
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to understand terms and make sure that translates to vendor creation
- Will be creating vendors in SAP, making sure PO’s are accurate
- Vendor Management experience: SAP experience REQUIRED; Must be comfortable working in EXCEL
- Previous experience with account reconciliation, general ledger journal entries
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years Accounting experience
- Must have contract review experience
- Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
- Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and take on new tasks with high level of difficulty
- Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
