Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Senior Account Manager in Client Services for a Pharmacy Benefit Management Company in Cary, NC. This is a Direct Hire opportunity with a prominent company!
Responsibilities:
- Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to a portfolio of clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships at all levels of the accounts
- Develop a strong understanding of the clients’ business, including how the company can support cost and quality initiatives, vendor relationships, and key business objectives
- Develop a deep understanding of each client’s contract in the assigned portfolio, Service Level Agreements, and provisions, including program configuration and guarantees
- Develop and deliver compelling and effective client presentations and trainings
- Communicate clearly the progress of client’s initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Represent “Voice of the Customer” internally, serving as the clients’ liaison
- Work closely with Sales to ensure a seamless transition of new accounts from Sales to Account Management
- Lead program implementation activities where appropriate and collaborate with Operations to successfully onboard new clients, working together to resolve any implementation issues
- Create and execute annual client account plans, with specific objectives tied to retention, satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue
- Manage ongoing conference calls and ensure a positive relationship with assigned accounts. Manage task lists
- Grow accounts by identifying and driving new product/revenue opportunities
- Create and maintain status reports/client issues logs, working cross-functionally to promptly resolve issues. Escalate issues as needed. Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi-directional
- Review and deliver weekly, monthly, and other performance reports to clients; create and deliver other client materials as required; support clients in understanding data and performance results and overall value proposition and return on investment
- Coordinate the contract renewal process with Senior Management team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent
- Minimum of 5+ years of proven, top performing account management in the healthcare industry or other relevant experience. Experience in Managed Care, preferably Managed Medicaid and Medicare segments
- Experience with HEDIS measures, Star ratings and Medication Management preferred
- Demonstrated experience communicating, presenting, and influencing credibly and effectively at all levels of organizations
