Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading Security company in the Raleigh area who is looking for a Project Manager to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity working Monday-Friday with some on call and overtime.
Responsibilities:
- Project Manager will initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and control costs of all security projects, completing on time and within budget
- PM will order material for project, recognize savings through vendor partnerships, strategic sourcing, and design adjustments
- PM will perform initial, milestone, and completion site walkthroughs with field teams and customer as required
- PM will coordinate construction bonding forms and requests
- PM will review construction contracts and notify management of any concerns
- PM will review door hardware schedules from architectural drawings
- PM will coordinate with customer, field management teams, and IT
- PM will allocate installers, subcontractors, and deliver materials to jobsites
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 5 plus years direct industry experience
- Candidates must have a valid NCDL and a good driving record
- Candidates must meet State qualifications alarm licensing and electronics security personnel as required
- Candidates must have a good understanding of cyber security and general networking
- Candidates must be computer savvy with project management tools and basic office software such as Microsoft Projects, Netsuite, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook
