Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Seasonal Customer Account Representative to join an established distribution company located in Durham. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Listen to the needs of customers and offer solutions
- Researching customer accounts to resolve issues quickly
- Answering high-volume inbound calls in a timely and efficient manner
- Be able to multitask and handle different projects at one time
- Adequately communicate policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous call center, customer service, retail, or service industry required
- Bachelors degree is preferred
- MS Office proficiency
- Flexibility with schedule
- People person and eager to help others
