Accentuate Staffing is seeking a dynamic Sales Support Specialist to work with a sporting goods distributor in the RTP area. This is an ideal position for a recent college graduate looking to get a jumpstart on their career. This is a temp to hire opportunity with room for advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and customer service support to sales representatives
- Assist company in all sales related business functions
- Act as point of contract for customers via phone and email
- Assist with reporting and sales data
- Receive, investigate, and respond to all assigned customers regarding accounts, products, and orders
- Communicate with other internal departments regarding sales orders
- Enter in orders and account information into ERP system
- Manage all sales tracking tools
Requirements:
- Degree preferred
- At least one year of sales support, administrative, or customer service background
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- MS Office proficiency
- ERP experience desirable
