Responsibilities:

• Under the direction and guidance of senior leadership the sales support manager will be responsible for Inventory Management,  to include inventory of all goods/create vouchers and stickers for all items received and all items going out
• Allocating all shipments and payments for all shipments
• Requesting Return Material Authorizations for damaged goods
• Reconciling damaged goods from Retail Pro
• Manage year-end inventory with vendors
• Ensuring all items received will be unloaded, tagged and steamed for merchandising
• Manage and order all office supplies and vendors while negotiating and working with prospective vendors
• Assist marketing department with birthday and promotional mailers
• Assist management in scheduling and verifying time, attendance and schedules in ADP
• Assist management in sales forecasting
• Support management in the preparation and administration of:
• • Sales reports
  • Client and product presentations
  • Sample packs / kits
  • Travel arrangements
  • Major account / store audits
  • Outbound contact projects
• Strong knowledge of internal systems will be required
• Working across business functions with other teams such as product and marketing will be required
• Communication to sales team and other departments of the company

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university or college
• Minimum 4 years sales / administrative support experience
• Thorough understanding of retail distribution and or retail management
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Senior Sales Support Associate supporting senior level executive(s)
