Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a sales support coordinator to join a well established employee owned manufacturer in Raleigh. The Sales Support Coordinator will support the Sales Engineers and provide customer B2B Customer service support to customers across the US. This company offers a generous salary and benefits, 401k and PTO.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general inside sales support
- Assist with price quotations
- Generate PO’s and order equipment
- Assist with equipment returns
- Expedite orders
Requirements:
- Must be proficient with MS Office
- Commercial HVAC experience is preferred
- 3-5 years of inside sales/customer service experience is needed
- Ability to speak and build relationships with customers.
