Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a Sales Support Coordinator for global distributor in RTP, NC. Recent college graduates that have internship or work experience are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales team in the administration of sales and service functions for targeted product markets, retail customers, and partners
- Act as a liaison between Territory Managers / external Sales Representatives and retail partners regarding account maintenance, order management, and customer support
- Perform necessary sales and marketing functions as required with minimal supervision and exercising basic independent judgment and discretion in the absence of the primary
- Serve as Sales Support for Territory Managers and specified key accounts / retail customers
- Work effectively with team members at HQ as well as team members in remote offices
- Provide account support in coordination with Territory Managers
- Support primary in the preparation and administration of sales reports, presentations, projects and expo/event order management
- Perform all assigned Sales Support tasks, including, but not limited to:
- Customer order management, including product returns and credits
- Pre-ticketing / special orders (coordination / shipping)
- Support of major accounts through process review, price coordination, and Territory Manager communication
- Customer communication via phone and email
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 to 4 years sales / administrative support experience in an office environment
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently based on “mission” type instructions / guidance
- Proficient in MS Office suite, including MS Word, Power Point, Outlook, with emphasis on Excel
- Ability to travel (occasional)
