Accentuate Staffing is assisting our client in the Cary/Apex area who is seeking a Sales Data Coordinator to join their team.  This is a contract to hire opportunity!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Will provide support the Vice President of Sales in building presentations, animation and template modifications in slide master mode and PowerPoint
  • Will work in Excel using pivot tables, creating charts and data tables
  • Will respond to emails and request information from various sales representatives across the U.S. and Canada

Requirements:

  • Must be proficient in MS Excel Worksheets to include using pivot tables, creating charts and data tables as well as handle advanced spreadsheet functions
  • Must be proficient in MS PowerPoint to include building presentations, animation, and template modifications in slide master mode
  • Comfortable in querying, exporting manipulating data from database(s)
  • Proficient in MS Outlook
  • Bachelors Degree is required
  • Must have 1-3 years for work experience in a similar role
