Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join a medical device team in the North Raleigh, NC area. This is a direct hire position.
Responsibilities:
- Act as point of reference for customers by handling all schedules
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules and documentation requests
- Ensure adequacy of sales-related materials and equipment
- Communicate and respond to all complaints and issues from customers
- Handle all financial data in electronic form for reporting needs
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or issues with shipments
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales as a coordinator or administrative support
- MS Office proficiency
- Strong reporting skill set
- Bachelors degree
- Team player mentality
