Accentuate Staffing is working with a software company that is hiring an Account Specialist to support customers in a fast-paced, service-focused environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and growing in a client-facing role within a technology-driven business.

This role is ideal for someone who communicates well, stays organized, and can handle a mix of customer support, account coordination, and day-to-day problem solving. You’ll help customers use a web-based platform, answer questions, resolve issues, and build strong relationships while learning the business and taking on more account responsibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Support customers and end users by answering questions, resolving issues, and helping them navigate the platform
  • Help manage client accounts and keep day-to-day activity running smoothly
  • Work with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best way to use the platform and services
  • Build strong relationships through clear communication, follow-up, and reliable support
  • Help identify ways to improve account performance and support overall client success
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while working independently

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and some experience in customer support, account coordination, client services, or another customer-facing role
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, personable approach with customers
  • Comfortable working in a software-based environment and supporting clients through an online platform
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with a high level of focus
  • Able to solve problems, think independently, and adapt in a fast-paced setting
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn
