Accentuate Staffing is hiring a Roadway Design Engineer for a growing company in the transportation industry. They have offices in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. This is a Direct Hire opportunity!
Responsibilities:
- Performs the design of complex and basic work zone traffic control signaling and pavement marking plans
- Work closely with CAD Designers, other engineers, and subcontractors on projects
- Design various types of roadways and ensure accurate markings are on the roadways
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in highway and roadway design
- PE in NC, SC, or VA or the ability to obtain it within 6 months
- Experience in developing work zone/traffic control patterns
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
- Proficiency in MicroStation
