RF Specialist
Accentuate Staffing is partnering with a leading telecommunications solutions company who is hiring for an RF Specialist to join their team! This is a direct hire opportunity, offering competitive pay and benefits, while working onsite and traveling extensively. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, advanced technical expertise in DAS installations, and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise ERCES and cellular DAS installations, managing a team of technicians.
- Review iBwave design plans and execute installations to spec.
- Communicate daily with internal SpeakEZ teammates, customers, and project partners.
- Coordinate with AHJs for submittal requirements, code verifications, and inspections.
- Perform radio frequency testing (grid testing) and site surveys for DAS construction.
- Troubleshoot and repair previously installed systems to restore operability.
- Commission and test new DAS installations
Requirements:
- FCC GROL License.
- NICET IB-PSC Level 1 certification (Level 2 preferred).
- 3+ years of Distributed Antenna System (DAS) installation experience.
- PCTel and/or Anritsu certifications, coaxial line sweeping experience, and ability to read iBwave design files.
