Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading Residential Restoration company in the RTP area who is looking for a Construction Project Manager. This is a Direct hire opportunity working 1st shift Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Project Manager will ensure all structural repair and restoration projects are completed on time and on budget
- PM will perform regular site visits, maintaining high level of customer satisfaction
- PM will organize and manage multiple repair and restoration projects, overseeing subcontractors and in house crews
- PM will maintain acceptable profit margins, maintaining a clean and safe job site
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 5+ years residential construction project management experience and a background handling insurance claims in the residential restoration industry
- Candidates with familiarity with Xactimate estimates and DASH software a plus
- College degree preferred
