Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a Rental Coordinator for a major construction equipment dealer in the Raleigh area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent college graduate looking to gain more experience and get their foot in the door with a company. This is a temp to hire position to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with pricing and quotes for equipment
  • Manage availability updates and status schedule delivery
  • Assist with past due rental payments
  • Maintain all records for each account update and rental detail
  • Serves as liaison between departments handling pricing, availability, and transportation
  • Communicate with sales team of inventory updates
  • Handle customer credit applications and set up accounts with credit department
  • Run monthly and weekly reports regarding sales and pricing information
  • Manage invoicing with rental and leases
  • Perform assorted clerical duties

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • MS Office experience
  • Strong multi-tasking skill set
  • Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels
  • Strong critical thinking skills
