Accentuate Staffing has an exciting opportunity for a Regulatory Label Specialist with our client in the Raleigh area. This Ag focused company is experiencing tremendous growth and is looking for a go getter who’s hungry to expand their regulatory knowledge! This is a temp to permanent opportunity!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare product labels for EPA submission, incorporating all required elements as per 40 CFR Part 156 and with full understanding of EPA’s Label Review Manual
- Provide input for internal tracking database to control workflow and to ensure EPA submission and/or production deadlines are met
- Finalize product labels based on EPA feedback, proofread text and prepare final printed label for submission to relevant states
- Coordinate with Fulfillment team to ensure appropriate label version is provided for production purposes
- Ensure regulatory compliance, accuracy, timely completion and version control of all new and revised text on labeling components
- Prepare labels for import/export, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- BA/BS (Chemistry, Biology preferred)
- 2-3 years of experience in product labeling, packaging components and regulations
