Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a Regulatory Label Coordinator to join a leading life sciences company in RTP, NC.  Recent college graduates with internship and or work experience that have an interest in the Life Sciences or Agricultural industry are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities:

Comprehensive ownership of Atticus Branded Labels and Artwork from initial draft through external postings

  • Container / Booklet Label
  • Base Label
  • Case / Carton Label (Preprinted or Sticker)
  • Specimen Label
  • Safety Data Sheet (SDS)
  • Manage Artwork Tracker

Work  closely with Federal Regulatory Lead(s)

  • Label strategy / composition based upon existing registered products and project objectives
  • Initial draft Me-Too label for EPA submission
  • Scrub / genericize tank-mix recommendations of competitive brand names and references throughout label
  • Incorporate changes in Word doc based on EPA feedback and edits

Network with Marketing Communications for consistent use of Label Design Templates, Colors, and Product Logos

Communication and coordination with Distributor Private Label Customers and 3rd Party / Co-Petitors

Facilitate Label Layout and Formatting with Graphic Designers, with Printers (ex. Cimarron) and Marketing

Prepare Container / Booklet Labels immediately following EPA approval in order for State registrations to be filed

Coordinate with Operations Team and Print Vendors to ensure that packaging / artwork is completed in time to meet production

Disciplined Version Management and Sequence Numbering

  • Use DropZone to post working documents as well as Final Product
    • Working documents should have limited visibility and maintained / managed exclusively with Regulatory
    • Complete / Final files for broader internal and external visibility and use should be maintained in a broader access DropZone folder

Maintain current and accurate Label & SDS postings with a high degree of frequency on…

  • CDMS
  • Agrian (Requires Indexing)
  • SafetyCall (human or animal exposure)

Requirements:

  • Organizational skills
  • Bachelor Degree is required
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Ability to coordinate and communicate across multiple functional disciplines
  • Project management
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office programs, specifically MS Word
  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and willingness to learn other relevant software
