Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a temp to hire Recycle Associate in the Clayton area. The hours are 3rd shift (7p-7a), 12 hour rotating days.
Responsibilities:
- Job encompasses all areas in the plant that generates recyclable material as a primary focus.
- Works closely with other company personnel to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Keep recycled materials in the proper waste streams in order to maximize value
- Maintain the balers and baler room and adjacent areas for cleanliness and efficiencies
- Operate and maintain the shredder to maximize efficiency
- Ensure the compactors have the correct waste stream flowing through them
- Clean trim waste on roof over baler room as necessary
- Ensure that trucks containing waste bales are appropriately scheduled to unload and load in a schedule that prevents any overflow
- Maintain the forklift in the baler room per the scheduled preventative maintenance
- Assist in moving general trash to the compactor as necessary
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass background and drug screening
- Must have reliable transportation
