Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a Recruitment Manager to join a leading organization based in Cary, NC.   This role will develop and implement sourcing strategies and activities for rapidly growing business unit.  It will supervise a team of 5 recruiting specialists and assist with crafting the candidate experience.  Heavy recruitment marketing experience will be key in order to build and maintain a steady pipeline of candidates. In addition to managing an internal staff, this role will also manage all vendor relationships, and will implement vendor relations projects to extend candidate reach. The Recruitment Manager will articulate hiring forecast and trends to Leadership.

This position will be virtually based in a home office with working hours Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all sourcing, staffing, and recruitment processes including requisition and approval process, job posting, screening, interviewing process, and management of third-party recruiting firms.
  • End to end management of Recruiting Specialists team to include recruitment, training, mentoring, performance accountability, employee relations. Source recruiting contractors as needed to help with hiring needs.
  • Works with Operations with regard to updates on staffing meetings and various projects related to process improvement around staffing and hiring processes. Research market trends and provide guidance on market analysis to stay ahead of gaps
  • Develop and distribute reporting metrics to Senior Management on hiring metrics.
  • Manage relationship with marketing vendor’s related to souring and advertising. Proper utilization and allocation of staffing budget dollars for recruiting initiatives and advertising. Utilize and approve spending for sourcing efforts– typical decision fall in the range of $2,000-$10000.
  • Research, develop, recommend, select and monitor vendor relationships to ensure vendor direction is in line with the goals of company and recruitment plan and to aggressively manage costs and reduce spending.
  • Implement University relations program and assign recruiting team to manage day to day relations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years recruiting experience (or equivalent business experience) including senior recruiter/lead recruiter experience.  Experience leading teams and managing individuals in a professional or corporate environment.
  • Exhibit ability to handle customer relationship management at all levels, provide strong customer service skills and work in a large, team environment.
  • Strong problem solving and continuous improvement focus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven organization skills; ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks in an environment with competing demands; project management skills.
  • Demonstrated executive presence through strong business etiquette, confidence in all settings and maintaining a professional focus when business conditions change.
  • Ability to effectively manage, train and mentor staff
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite  and Google Suite applications and the use of email, instant messenger, databases, and conference lines
