
Recruiting Coordinator / Interview Scheduler
Accentuate Staffing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator / Interview Scheduler to support a Talent Acquisition team in Durham, NC. This role is responsible for managing high-volume interview scheduling for candidates and hiring managers across multiple departments. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment, has strong communication skills, and brings hands-on experience with Workday and corporate recruiting operations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule a high volume of interviews (in-person and virtual via Microsoft Teams) across multiple time zones
- Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure seamless interview logistics
- Manage complex calendar coordination, resolving scheduling conflicts proactively
- Send interview confirmations, calendar invites, and detailed logistics to candidates and interview teams
- Arrange conference rooms, technology setup, and onsite interview logistics as needed
- Maintain accurate candidate records and scheduling updates in Workday
- Monitor and manage interview pipelines to ensure timely movement of candidates
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience through professional and timely communication
- Support recruiting team with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of corporate recruiting coordination and/or recruiting experience
- Strong experience scheduling high-volume interviews in a corporate environment
- Hands-on experience with Workday (required)
- Experience coordinating Microsoft Teams interviews
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting multiple recruiters or business units simultaneously
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) beyond Workday
