Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking a Recruiting and Training Specialist to join a leading company in the Raleigh area.  This is a fabulous opportunity!

Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting and onboarding for 600 plus seasonal employees
  • Attending job fairs and performing campus recruiting efforts
  • Scheduling and conducting interviews for seasonal staff across 3 offices in Raleigh, Greensboro and Wilmington
  • Ensuring compliance with all state, federal and city regulations as pertained to safety and environmental requirements, building operation codes, licenses, inspections and permits.
  • Coordinating all training sessions and compliance for seasonal workers
  • Partnering one on one with all locations to provide the necessary employees each business requires for a successful season, follow up support to ensure all clients had appropriate staffing daily and making schedule changes as needed
  • Employee relations for all seasonal and full -time employees
  • Work within Applicant Tracking System to track all applicants and employees, conduct background checks and drug tests and enter completed paperwork and make updates and changes within system
  • Attend and help lead managers meetings, training sessions, on sites and new hire orientations
  • Prepare for season shortages  and facilitate end of season hiring and staffing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree is strongly preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience within recruiting, human resources, staffing or hospitality industry is required
  • Must have strong MS Office skills
  • OT will be required during peak hiring season
  • Travel will be required around the RDU area as well as Greensboro and Wilmington and Company car will be provided
