Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a dynamic Recruiter for a client based in the Raleigh area. Someone able to work at a fast pace and is deadline driven will excel in this role. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity to start immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Manage large light industrial and manufacturing recruitment needs for big projects across the country
- Source, screen, and onboard new candidates
- Enter candidate information into ATS
- Update candidates on first day information, pay rates, and job duties that are required
- Assist with tax forms and onboarding paperwork to make sure it is filled out correctly and on time
- Handle termination paperwork and quickly work with hiring managers to identify backfill needs
- Create job descriptions and post to social media and recruiting platforms
- Identify appropriate candidates for new positions
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of HR/recruitment experience required
- Ability to work at a fast pace
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Background working with ATS, MS Office, and job recruiting sites
