Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking a full life cycle Recruiter to join a growing renewable energy team in the Durham area. This is a temp to permanent opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the sourcing, hiring, and onboarding for new talent
- Communicate with hiring managers and leadership team to strategize effective planning for talent
- Assist hiring managers with job description creation and communicate throughout hiring process
- Understand labor market and execute effective sourcing plans
- Utilize job boards including CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS for sourcing and recruitment purposes
- Build a talent pool for future hiring of critical roles
- Screen all candidates and pass on to appropriate hiring teams
- Assist with onboarding and educating new hires on benefits of company
- Special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or at least 5 years in a recruiting role
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and similar channels
- ATS experience
- MS Office proficiency
- Excellent communication skills to speak with managers and candidates at all levels
- Highly organized and strong critical thinking skill set
