Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking a Recruiter for a growing distribution team in the Raleigh area. This is high volume recruiting and a person with distribution or agency recruitment experience is ideal. This is a temp to perm opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in sourcing for candidates
- Assist with phone screening, setting up interviews, and managing schedules for hiring managers
- Communicate with prospective candidates regarding job duties and requirements
- Recruit for positions in labor related and warehouse/distribution skill sets
- Utilize applicant tracking system to document candidate updates
- Assist with onboarding needs of candidates when offer is presented
- Identify appropriate skill sets and communicate with hiring team on strategy to hire
- Work with internal hiring team on start dates and training materials for new hires
- Answer questions for incoming candidates
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of high volume recruiting experience
- Background recruiting on multiple requisitions at one time
- ATS experience
- Excellent communication skill set
- Degree desirable but not required
- MS Office experience
