Accentuate Staffing seeking an experienced and driven Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting efforts for a variety of positions across operations, project management, field teams, and corporate functions. This individual will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring high-quality talent in a fast-paced construction and technology environment.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, relationship-driven, and comfortable managing multiple requisitions while partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership teams. This role is fully onsite in Raleigh, NC and offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on company growth and workforce development.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from intake meetings through offer acceptance and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, hiring priorities, and candidate profiles
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interview scheduling
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Develop and post job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  •  Coordinate and support onboarding activities for new hires
  • Track recruiting activity, hiring metrics, and candidate status within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruiting events as needed
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle
  • Assist with recruiting process improvements and workforce planning initiatives

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in construction, technology, engineering, skilled trades, or related industries
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sourcing and candidate relationship-building skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple open positions simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruiting tools
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and recruiting systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
