Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a Receptionist for a growing manufacturing company in the  Raleigh area. This is a temp to hire position.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet all incoming guests promptly and professionally
  • Answer incoming phone calls take messages and/or direct to appropriate individual or department
  • Types documents, memos, and company announcements with attention to detail
  • Prepare and sort incoming and outgoing mail, send copies, faxes, and maintains files
  • Assist with planning events for company including birthdays, holidays, and company updates
  • Ordering and maintaining of office supplies
  • Perform special projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of front office administrative experience
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and ability to adapt to frequent priority changes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in order to maintain a positive experience for all guests
  • Availability to work on site full time  M-F 8am-5pm
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including excellent data entry skills
  • Team player willing to take on new tasks
