Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting an enthusiastic Receptionist for a growing team in the Durham area. This is a possible temp to hire opportunity.
- Answer phone calls and direct to appropriate personnel
- Assist senior management with scheduling needs
- Purchase office supplies and track inventory levels within office
- Work with vendors to ensure copier, scanner, fax are working appropriately and up to date
- File, scan, and fax confidential documentation
- Manage front desk area and ensure it is tidy and clean at all times
- Greet guests and visitors and issue guest badges
- Work on special projects as assigned
- At least 2 years of office administrative or front desk experience
- Bubbly and upbeat personality
- Experience with MS Office products
- Strong typing and data entry skill set
- Highly organized and detailed individual
