Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting an enthusiastic Receptionist for a growing team in the Durham area. This is a possible temp to hire opportunity.


  • Answer phone calls and direct to appropriate personnel
  • Assist senior management with scheduling needs
  • Purchase office supplies and track inventory levels within office
  • Work with vendors to ensure copier, scanner, fax are working appropriately and up to date
  • File, scan, and fax confidential documentation
  • Manage front desk area and ensure it is tidy and clean at all times
  • Greet guests and visitors and issue guest badges
  • Work on special projects as assigned


  • At least 2 years of office administrative or front desk experience
  • Bubbly and upbeat personality
  • Experience with MS Office products
  • Strong typing and data entry skill set
  • Highly organized and detailed individual
