Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an experienced Receptionist for a growing manufacturing company in Apex, NC. We are seeking a customer oriented, organized, and  friendly professional to be the first point of contact for employees and guests.  This is a temp to hire position reporting into the HR team with possibilities for growth within the organization.


  • Greet all incoming guests promptly and professionally
  • Answer incoming phone calls take messages and/or direct to appropriate individual or department
  • Types documents, memos, and company announcements with attention to detail
  • Assist with processing temp and employee access  badges
  • Prepare and sort incoming and outgoing mail
  • Coordinate meeting and conference room scheduling
  • Assist with planning events for company including birthdays, holidays, and company updates
  • Ordering and maintaining of office supplies and vending machines
  • Assist HR team with various assignments and tasks


  • Minimum 2 year of front office administrative experience
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and ability to adapt to frequent priority changes
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and communication skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues and escalate to appropriate supervisors when necessary
  • Availability to work on site full time  M-F 8am-5pm
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including excellent data entry skills
  • Team player willing to take on new tasks
