Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an experienced Receptionist for a growing manufacturing company in Apex, NC. We are seeking a customer oriented, organized, and friendly professional to be the first point of contact for employees and guests. This is a temp to hire position reporting into the HR team with possibilities for growth within the organization.
- Greet all incoming guests promptly and professionally
- Answer incoming phone calls take messages and/or direct to appropriate individual or department
- Types documents, memos, and company announcements with attention to detail
- Assist with processing temp and employee access badges
- Prepare and sort incoming and outgoing mail
- Coordinate meeting and conference room scheduling
- Assist with planning events for company including birthdays, holidays, and company updates
- Ordering and maintaining of office supplies and vending machines
- Assist HR team with various assignments and tasks
- Minimum 2 year of front office administrative experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and ability to adapt to frequent priority changes
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues and escalate to appropriate supervisors when necessary
- Availability to work on site full time M-F 8am-5pm
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including excellent data entry skills
- Team player willing to take on new tasks
