Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing medical device manufacturer in the Morrisville area who is looking for a Receiving Quality Inspector to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity working 8am-5pm Monday-
Responsibilities:
- Receiving Inspector will perform all visual and dimensional inspections of manufactured parts, assemblies, and sub-assemblies
- Inspector will inspect parts according to engineering drawings, purchase orders, etc.
- Inspector will document supplier performing reporting and report inspections accept and reject information to departments
- Inspector will support Non-Conformance Material reporting and investigations
- Inspector will support in process and final inspections according to FDA GDPs
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 5 plus years experience performing incoming inspection on complex machined parts and assemblies in an electro-mechanical manufacturing environment
- Candidates must have experience running CMM inspections. Experience programming CMM a plus
- Candidates must be proficient using mechanical inspections tools: calibers, micrometers, pin gauges, depth gauges, telescoping gauges, tape measures, etc.
- Candidates must have knowledge of tight tolerances
