Accentuate Staffing is assisting an established manufacturer in the Durham area recruit for a Quality Technician to join their team. This is a 1st shift (7am-3:30pm), contract to hire opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Quality Technician will conduct inspections of finished product to ensure quality standards are met
- Technician will perform inspections on both incoming and outgoing goods as well as process any issues with defective parts
- Technician will uphold Corporate Quality Assurance policies and procedures
- Technician will act as a liaison between manufacturing and engineering to rectify any internal or external quality issues
- Technician will assist the assembly process if necessary
Requirements:
- Candidate must have 4+ years assembly and technical background to include troubleshooting experience
- Candidate must have previous quality background
- Candidate must be computer savvy
- High school diploma/GED equivalent required
- Will be required to pass a criminal background check or drug screen
