Accentuate Staffing is assisting an established Equipment Manufacturer who is hiring a Quality Supervisor to join their team. This position will be working in a Machine Shop environment inspecting raw materisl, work in process, finished goods, and incoming parts.
Responsibilities:
- Quality Supervisor will inspect products to ensure requirements are met
- Supervisor will read and interpret technical specifications
- Supervisor will utilize hand and testing tools to measure product characteristics
- Supervisor will create Nonconforming Material Reports for rejected product
- Supervisor will work with Engineering on Change Orders
- Supervisor will create and track Machine Shop work orders for product rework
Requirements:
- Candidates must have Machine Shop background in the metal production industry
- Candidates must have 5+ years mechanical inspection background
- Candidates must have a solid background with precision measurement
- Candidates must have a strong understanding of engineering drawings, technical documents, and manuals
