Accentuate Staffing is assisting a rapidly growing pharmaceutical company in the Clayton area who is hiring a Quality Process Analyst to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering an excellent work environment and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Quality Process Analyst will identify areas for improvement to improve process quality
- Analyst will investigate discrepancies, non-conformities, internal complaints, customer complaints, and audits
- Analyst will lead and coach operations and quality area specialists in solving process issues
- Analyst will track and assess effectiveness of corrective/preventative actions to investigations
Requirements:
- Candidates must have a Bachelors degree in a technical field or equivalent industry experience
- Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical manufacturing experience
- Candidates must have 2+ years Aseptic processing experience
- Candidates must have experience using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, achieving sustainable process improvements
- Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, investigative writing and computer skills (MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Access, SAP)
- This position requires a covid vaccination
