Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Purchasing Coordinator to join an established manufacturing organization located in RTP. This is a direct hire opportunity that is looking for a candidate with industry experience!

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and managing all activities during the purchasing process, such as creating purchase orders, monitoring transportation and invoice creation and follow-through.
  • Analyze and monitor internal, economic, and consumer trends to forecast sales and inventory.
  • Authorize payments, returns of merchandise, and pricing.
  • Organize and locate inventory in databases and online systems.
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers and manage all pricing and availability of all products and develop purchase order for all purchasing system and manage all communication with general contractors and coordinate with sourcing analyst to source all materials.
  • Manage all communication with all vendors and track all orders and resolve any issues on same and assist to obtain all raw materials and prepare required request orders and analyze all samples and ensure purchase of all raw materials within required timeframe.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or three to four years of related experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
