Accentuate Staffing is working with an established property management company in the Triangle area who is hiring for a Property Management Facilities Maintenance Technician.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain retail and office properties throughout North Carolina and parts of Virginia
• Perform property inspections as well as light HVAC, electrical and plumbing repairs
• Manage service maintenance requests and work orders
• Act as a point of contact for contractors
Requirements:
• Previous property management experience a plus, but not required
• Previous HVAC, plumbing and electrical experience also a plus
• Must have strong customer service skills
• Must be organized and a self-starter
• Must have a valid NC Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Must be comfortable working in varying weather conditions
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
