Lots of perks!! Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Project/General Manager for a direct hire role in Charlotte. The company offers a company vehicle, full benefits package including health/dental, PTO and 401K. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience as an electrical contractor and overseeing large scale projects.
Responsibilities:
- Point of contact and relationship builder with existing clients
- Create/draft proposals/estimates including forecasting of material and labor costs
- Develop as-built drawings
- Oversee change orders, material management, billing
- Responsible for scheduling work crews and managing 2 superintendents
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; however, candidates with a combination of relevant experience and education are encouraged to apply
- Must be proficient in MS Office products
- Excellent communication skills to effectively manage a wide variety of employees
