Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Administrative Project Coordinator to join an established organization in Durham. This position will be onsite 4 days and work from home 1 day per week. The Project Coordinator will provide general administrative support to assigned managers and/or teams and assist with team projects as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Capturing projected time into a project management system according to project plans as well as updating these to ensure the system is up to date.
  • Assisting with capturing time for time spent on projects for team.
  • Supports the preparing and shipping of project and method materials
  • Maintain project items, stock levels and tracking materials.
  • Acts as a liaison with other departments to resolve day-to-day administrative and operational problems such as data management inputting and tracking KPI’s.
  • Gather, enter and or/update data to maintain departmental records and databases, as appropriate; establishes and maintains files and records for the team and provide reports.
  • Draft or prepare responses to routine inquires; prepare photocopies and facsimiles for team
  • Be the point person when working with staff, resolving inquiries, assisting with staff work orders and invoicing.
  • Assist with preparation of deliverables for client deliveries.
  • Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2-3 years administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint as well as Dynamics 365
  • Able to learn and work in various databases and systems
