Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking a highly capable Project Administrator to join a general contracting company based in Raleigh. This full-time, direct hire position requires an individual who can provide comprehensive office support for project administration and handle various administrative tasks. The Project Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of projects and maintaining efficient office processes.
- Assist project managers and office management in project administrative functions, including data entry in project management software from job creation to closeout.
- Create owner contracts, set up new projects, create and distribute subcontracts, and monitor the completion and return of those documents.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
- Support office management with administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, and ordering office supplies.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and project-related events.
- Aid the finance department with administrative functions, including data entry and electronic filing of subcontractor certificates of insurance.
- Manage fleet vehicles, including maintenance and inspections.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to multitask and proactively manage office tasks.
- Proficient in Office 365, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus but not required.
- Procore software experience is preferred.
