Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking a highly capable Project Administrator to join a general contracting company based in Raleigh. This full-time, direct hire position requires an individual who can provide comprehensive office support for project administration and handle various administrative tasks. The Project Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of projects and maintaining efficient office processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers and office management in project administrative functions, including data entry in project management software from job creation to closeout.
  • Create owner contracts, set up new projects, create and distribute subcontracts, and monitor the completion and return of those documents.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
  • Support office management with administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, and ordering office supplies.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and project-related events.
  • Aid the finance department with administrative functions, including data entry and electronic filing of subcontractor certificates of insurance.
  • Manage fleet vehicles, including maintenance and inspections.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to multitask and proactively manage office tasks.
  • Proficient in Office 365, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus but not required.
  • Procore software experience is preferred.
