Accentuate Staffing has partnered with a non profit organization in Morrisville and is assisting with their need for a Program Coordinator.  This role works directly with Professional Development team, reporting to the Senior E-Learning & Data Analyst. This position provides operational, administrative, and project management support to align with strategic initiatives to grow and improve our continuing education programs, through working directly with committees and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor programming and providing customer support for online learning participants
  • Assist with program fulfillment for Customized Continuing Education
  • Tabulate, edit, and distribute post-event evaluations and related correspondence
  • Assist with the check-in/check-out process of Education Center programs, upon request
  • Manage the submission and renewals for other CEU’s
  • Develop relationships with speakers, vendors and members of the accounting profession, including representing company various meetings and events, upon request
  • Provide administrative support in the development of the annual curriculum planning and calendar creation
  • Ongoing collaboration with Conference and Professional Development teams in strategizing and process improvement of programs
  • Distributes a summary of the course evaluations to conference speaker and/or course vendor
  • Assist with reconciliation process for our customers CPE records
  • Processes timely payment of speaker/vendor invoices

Requirements:

  • General work hours will be 9:00am – 5:00 pm. Flexibility of work hours is required, as some mornings will require arrival at 7:30 am to monitor Online Learning programs.
  • A bachelor’s or Associate degree is required.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant work experience in project management, event planning, or association work, preferably within an administrative setting.
  • Possesses skills and experience in project management and multi-tasking.
  • High degree of emotional intelligence with proven ability to build and sustain business relationships, to adeptly represent the organization and to make a positive connection with others.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills – conversational, presentation, and business communications, marketing, and written strategic and operational plans.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, learning management systems and association management software, familiarity with netForum Enterprise a plus.
