Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a beverage manufacturing and distribution company in Raleigh, NC who who is looking for a Production Team Lead to oversee their manufacturing operation. This position is a temp to hire opportunity working 1st shift Monday-Friday with some overtime as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Team Lead will oversee packaging, shipping, and delivery departments
- Team Lead will be responsible for ordering products and supplies to meet production demands.
- Team Lead will managing inventory as well.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have previous leadership experience.
- Candidates must have experience working in warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision.
- Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Candidates must be comfortable lifting 40 lbs.
- Must be to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
