Accentuate Staffing is assisting a manufacturer in the Oxford, NC area who is looking for a Team Lead to join their production team. This is a 2nd shift, direct hire position.
Responsibilities:
- Team lead will set up and run production machinery
- Team lead will act as a working supervisor, overseeing a team of 20 employees
Requirements:
- Candidates must have previous lead experience in a manufacturing environment
- Candidates must have background in setting up and operating production machinery
- Candidate must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
