Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a Production Supervisor for a manufacturing client in Wake County. This is a Direct Hire opportunity and relocation assistance is available! Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations and production schedule
- Troubleshoot machine issues
- Quickly respond to avoid production downtime
- Be a people person that can motivate and build rapport with the team
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a production facility preferably in metal or plastics
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Available to work ANY shift most likely 2nd or 3rd
